※Please note that posters remaining after the session will be discarded. Thus, please ensure to take your posters down once the session is finished.
Please kindly check the attendance of the speakers listed in the presentation schedule. If any of the presenters are not around or missing, please inform staff in charge of the room once you recognize. The secretariat will inform you how to proceed.
Presenters are required to report to you before the session starts and upload their Presentation materials from their own USB memory sticks prior to the session.
At the beginning of each session, please state the session title and introduce yourself as the session chair followed by brief introduction of the speakers.
The allocated time for each talk is scheduled as below which includes Q&A time as well. Please ring the bell twice as instructed below to remind the speaker and participants of the end of presentation.

When there is "No-Show" of a speaker, please do not move up the presentations to fill the void and keep the presentation schedule as shown in the program book.
Before the Q&A begins, please remind the questioners to identify themselves by stating their name and affiliation. It is strongly recommended that you do not let a speaker leave without at least having answered one question. Please repeat all questions, after they are asked. Audience does not often understand or hear the question and it is extremely useful for the question to be repeated by the session chairs.
Please make sure that the time is strictly observed. If the audience has additional questions, please ask them to discuss this with the authors after the session.
